When my husband...and I bought this house in August 2001, we were so impressed with the quality of the home. From the moment we set foot into this house, it was obvious how much thought and care you put into its design and construction. And now, after living here for two years, we continue to be awed by the quality of your work.
It is a pleasure to live here. Everything in this house is top-of-the-line. You obviously didn't cut any corners. We have had no significant problems with our home whatsoever. And on the few instances when we had questions or concerns, you promptly returned all our phone calls and handled every issue quickly, professionally, without question, and to our satisfaction. You've even gone well beyond our homeowner's warranty and have far exceeded our expectations.
It is obvious to us that you take great pride in your work. Aside from great talent, you pour your heart and soul into your homes...Your houses are superior to others inside and out. We absolutely love our home.
But even more amazing to me is that you have made incredible strides to build a long and lasting relationship with our family. Beyond ensuring our satisfaction with our home, you have included us in New Year celebrations, recognized us at holidays, and kept in touch. I would never hesitate to call you and am confident that you would do your best to help me in any way...This type of builder/client relationship is truly exceptional.
